Phase 1
The goal is to have an out-of-box solution implemented quickly with minimal customizations so that your users can review the data and finalize their detailed requirements. |
- Understand your high-level requirements
- Install and configure OBIA software including the database, OBIEE, Informatica and DAC
- Perform basic configuration of the .csv files based on your implementation
- Set up and execute the Informatica jobs through DAC
- Make data available to business users for review
Phase 1 can take anywhere between 8 and 12 weeks.
Phase 2
The goal is to identify detailed requirements with the help of the users and implement the solution..
- Conduct JAD sessions to identify gaps in the out-of-box solution
- Prioritize requirements that come out of the JAD sessions
- Build a detailed project plan including deliverables, resources, and costs
- Project delivery
