Drivestream sponsors the North East Regional User Conference
Drivestream attended the North East Regional User Conference (NE_RUG) on Friday June 9th.  As a sponsor, we hosted a vendor booth and presented two unique PeopleSoft service offerings:
  • PeopleSoft Extended Support – a new program that helps companies get more out of their existing support teams by freeing them to work on the complex, non-repeatable tasks and allowing us to work on day to day operations.
  • PeopleSoft Jumpstart Upgrade Process – this innovative program helps customers “launch” their upgrade and set it up for success.  In a short 4-6 week period, our Jumpstart Teams work with our clients on:
  • Opening an Upgrade School – to train the business and IT teams on the upgrade process, new functionality and new technologies
  • Performing an Environment Launch – to build the first pass upgrade environment as quickly as possible to allow users to see the new release with their data and customizations
  • Rapid Fit Gap – to determine which customizations to retire, keep, replace and what new functionality to implement
  • Options, Selection and Planning – to provide the stakeholders with the information they need to make the right decision on how to upgrade and a solid plan to work from
