Gopal Damodar is the Founder, President and CEO of Drivestream, Inc. A lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Damodar is the backbone of the Drivestream team and responsible for the creation of the Drivestream Center of Excellence approach. With over 15 years of management and technical experience, Mr. Damodar created Drivestream with a vision to deliver complex, mission critical systems quickly, efficiently and affordably. Prior to founding Drivestream, Mr. Damodar spent several years at PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a Principal Management Consultant. During his tenure, he was instrumental in leading large teams implementing complex systems, including large-scale PeopleSoft implementation, maintenance and upgrade projects. Past customers include Harris Corporation, Credit Suisse First Boston, American Electric Power and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Damodar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Bharathiar University, India.

As Chief Operations Officer, Ragu Damodar is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations at Drivestream. Mr. Damodar has over 13 years experience in IT as a senior management consultant and has gained significant industry expertise in a broad range of industries including financial services, banking, retail distribution, energy, utilities, media & entertainment. Mr. Damodar spent several years with prestigious consulting companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and IBM Global Business Consulting Services. His experience includes managing complex Enterprise Applications for clients such as JPMorganChase, Office Depot, Home Depot, HSBC, and The Washington Post. Mr. Damodar holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Bharatiyar University in India and an MBA from the Newport University, California.
As Chief Business Development Officer, John Hoebler is responsible for overseeing all marketing and business development activities at Drivestream. Mr. Hoebler sits on the PeopleSoft Advisory Council and was recognized as QUEST presenter of the year for 2007. Prior to joining Drivestream, Mr. Hoebler was the President and Chief Executive Officer for Logiclear Solutions, an international consulting firm that focused on PeopleSoft centric solutions. In addition, he has worked as a senior manager at PriceWaterHouseCoopers and American Management Systems leading technology, business process and strategy initiatives for a wide array of commercial and federal clients. Mr. Hoebler holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University. As Senior Vice President of Operations – India, G. Karthikeyan is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of Drivestream’s India Office. With over 25 years of experience in management and marketing, he is the strategic driving force behind the success of Drivestream's India operations. His well accomplished professional track includes leading large teams of sales executives, managers and vendors in the Pharma domain. Mr. Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from University of Madras, India.
