A large aeronautical / aerospace engineering firm has selected Drivestream to assist them with their initial upgrade assessment. Currently on version 8.8 of PeopleSoft and highly customized, the firm is looking to identify ways to use the software more efficiently. Drivestream will facilitate a five day working session with over 60 users and IT specialists. We will review existing customizations and determine which ones can be retired by new or existing PeopleSoft functionality. We will also go over all of the new features in 8.9 and 9.0 and rank each in terms of their value. Finally, we will explore new modules that are not currently in production and work on a technical and functional project plan.
