Interview Process
We do understand that top applicants are not available in the job market for very long and our hiring process reflects this. Within 3 days of receiving your resume, short listed candidates will be scheduled for a phone screening with our Interview Panel where your job qualifications are evaluated. Selected Candidates are scheduled for in-person interview, where you will have an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager to discuss the duties and responsibilities of the position in detail. In addition, we will discuss the corporate culture, career advancement opportunities and our benefits package. Typically, the interview process is extremely swift and seamless and we will promptly inform you of the company's decision within 2 weeks.

The solution delivery directors work with the resource manager to determine the resources available for a project. They select the resources based on a specific skill set and level of expertise and experience. The client may also require an interview before accepting the consultant.

Development Lead, ERP Applications
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development, design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of ERP applications especially in the areas of Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits, Inventory, etc. using PeopleSoft HRMS, People Tools, Oracle, SQL Server, Java Scripting, C, C++, HTML, XML, PL/SQL, Java, Applets, eAI applications such as eGate, Web Servers such as Websphere, Apache, IIS, and Operating Systems, such as Windows XP, Unit, and IBM-AIX. Support the software life cycle when the project moves through different cycles of testing. Conduct Fit Gap analysis; upgrade and implement HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance & other PeopleSoft modules in Client/Server and Internet environments. Execute national and global implementation of PeopleSoft applications. Perform unit, system, functional and parallel testing. Define and design core business processes. Write and execute SQL server stored procedures. Design, develop and implement Interfaces, upgrades, and customize online batch programs. Director, ERP Solutions Delivery
Job Responsibilities
Manage teams of technical and functional consultants for implementing large scale and complex ERP systems for the professional services and consulting industry. Author high-level project plans. Develop budgets and project metrics. Allocate appropriate resources. Implement .Net, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Java based applications. Plan and create solution delivery based on standard project implementation methodologies. Identify target segments. Forecast revenue generation, lead generation, and manage client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the consulting industry and the ability to build client and vendor relationships in a competitive market. The candidate must also have full life cycle experience in implementing ERP systems for the consulting and professional services industry with an excellent understanding of related Key Performance indicators, executive reporting requirements, profit/loss management, revenue generation principles and billing standards/requirements. Also requires a strong understanding of services forecasting, contract management and change management principles and methodologies.

Programmer Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and deploy software applications utilizing object oriented development methodologies. Analyze and review system capabilities and software requirements to determine feasibility of design. Assist in formulating plan, to develop the program, using structured analysis and design. Prepare program documentation. Document clients' processes and environments to move the project from development to production stages. Plan and conduct configuration and program testing. Support Quality assurance and user acceptance testing and approval process. Work with Database Administrators to design and architect RDBMS database systems. Perform database administration on Oracle and Peoplesoft ERP with monitoring, tuning, backups and capacity Planning. Participate in migrating PeopleSoft projects and apply application and People Tools patches and upgrades . Perform technical troubleshooting and tuning for all Peoplesoft Infrastructure components.
