Unlike a staffing vendor, we hire candidates that qualify for being true management consultants. They are subject matter experts in their field of specialization and are backed by our processes and tools.

     Social Media Interaction
 Prescreening Process includes psychometric testing for:
     Behavioral & Organizational Skills assessment
     Personality/Attitude 
     Technical Skills evaluation
 In person interview to evaluate the candidate’s personality, communication & comprehending skills, business presentation    skills and professional ethics. 
 Drivestream requires all candidates to provide at least 3 professional references. These references are contacted and    spoken to in great detail to determine if the candidate will be a fit for our client needs. 
 We also perform a complete background screening on education, employment and criminal records.
 Based on our client needs we also perform a 10 Panel drug test before hiring an employee

 Training and development assessment for professional growth.
