Gopal
D. Krishna

Gopal,
a lifelong entrepreneur, is the backbone of the Drivestream
team responsible for its creation and growth, conceiving
innovative ideas and leading the company from a startup
to a mature organization. He led the Drivestream business
by defining strategic direction and offerings, formulating
and executing growth plans, managing the company's investments,
guiding profitability, overseeing sales, marketing and service
delivery.
Gopal’s primary focus now is formulating and executing
market-focused acquisitive and organic growth strategies;
integrating business through joint ventures, alliances and
acquisitions. Drivestream’s recent phenomenal growth
is attributed to Gopal’s sound business acumen and
timely business judgment for pioneering new and innovative
solutions that effectively meet the consulting industry
demands, uniquely differentiating Drivestream in a competitive
market. Since Drivestream’s inception, Gopal has been,
and remains, the visionary leader and driving force positioning
Drivestream for exponential growth. |

Ragu
Damodar
Chief
Operating Officer |

As COO and head of the Strategic Staffing
division at Drivestream Ragu leads the operational and policy
related responsibilities of the company that include setting
up corporate performance targets, translating corporate
vision, strategy and performance targets into business unit
plans, managing operations of the company in ways consistent
with strategic goals and performance targets, implementing
policies, directives, and procedures. Ragu also participates
in shaping the company’s long-term aspirations and
overall strategy to ensure that the organization anticipates
and responds to changing business conditions. He establishes
organizational structure and operating systems to ensure
achievement of strategic objectives. He manages the finance,
HR and talent acquisition teams. Ragu also spearheads the
strategic staffing division and is instrumental in propelling
business growth of the service line in the last few years.
Prior to Drivestream, Ragu spent several years at KPMG,
PWC Consulting and IBM Global services delivering management
consulting services to Fortune 100 companies around the
world. Ragu holds a MBA from Newport University, California.

Ravi
Natarajan
Executive
Vice President & Managing Partner
Data Warehousing/BI Practice |

Ravi,
a self-proclaimed researcher and academic with heavy industry
experience, is the quintessential architect. He is constantly
on the lookout for new ideas and technologies.
In his current role he is focusing on setting the direction
for the Data Warehousing/BI Practice. He is responsible
for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for
the practice in addition to overseeing client services and
delivery. He is well known and respected in the industry
as a leading practitioner and thought leader in the area
of Data Warehousing and Data Integration.
Prior to the merger with Drivestream, Ravi along with Bryan
Sharif founded Stratum, an Information Management company.
He played a pivotal role in the success and growth of Stratum.
He focused on corporate
strategy, partnerships, marketing and delivery. During this
period he was also engaged as a consultant in leadership
roles managing large development teams at several Enterprise
Data
Warehouse implementations in Fortune 100 companies.
Ravi has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science,
Pilani, India and is a Transportation Engineering graduate
from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Jacob
C. Thomas

As Executive Vice President
& Managing Partner of the Enterprise Applications Practice,
Jacob is responsible for overseeing client service delivery
and practice development activities. He is also responsible
for executing Drivestream's corporate strategy to realize
its vision, by developing and establishing organization
wide initiatives aligned with the vision. Recognized as
an industry thought leader, Jacob brings a unique blend
of strategy and business leadership experience coupled with
hands-on implementation expertise. In this regard, Jacob
is responsible for evangelizing and spearheading Drivestream’s
next generation delivery model, UC@F (Unlimited Consulting
@
Fixed Price).
Jacob was an Associate Partner at IBM, Human Capital Management
Practice leading practice developmentas well as implementation
of complex global projects. Jacob has an extensive track
record of successes in visioning, strategy, leadership,
team development, sales, customer relationship management,
negotiations, project management, andimplementation of large,
multi-million dollar complex global PeopleSoft and IT projects.
Prior to IBM, Jacob was Global Managing Director at Unisys
where he held several leadership positions leading Unisys
global outsourcing efforts.
He traveled the globe serving as business advisor in several
high profile rolesfor
global corporations establishing IT vision and driving strategy,
demonstrating the executive art and science of building
high performance teams to achieve results. Prior to Unisys,
Jacob was a PeopleSoft practitioner and advanced to a practice
director role at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jacob is an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University
of Maryland. |

Bryan
Sharif

Bryan has been an entrepreneur
for almost his entire professional life. He has been consistently
focused on providing exceptional value to clients, insuring
on-time delivery of projects, and building a formidable
organization partnering with major corporations. His primary
focus at Drivestream is to build an industry leading delivery
process for large data warehousing projects.
Prior to Drivestream, Bryan was the president of Stratum
Inc., a company that he co-founded and eventually merged
with Drivestream Inc. in June of 2010, specializing in large
data warehousing, data architecture, and data integration.
Before Stratum, Bryan co-founded Brahma Solutions, Inc.,
a company specializing in data warehousing and delivery,
and founded Nittany Embroidery & Digitizing, a company
that specialized in licensed apparel and logos.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in International
Business from Penn State University. |

Jason
Lindenberg Chief
Information Officer |

As
Chief Information officer, Jason is responsible for all
internal systems, process improvement as well as the oversight
of strategic initiatives. He is closely aligned with the
other executives in Drivestream corporate and each of the
business units to drive continual improvement through new
systems, process improvement, change management and education.
Prior to his CIO role, Jason was a thought leader in Drivestream's
Information Management Practice. Prior to Drivestream, he
spent several years at James Martin & Company/Headstrong,
KPMG/BearingPoint and The Home Depot. During his consulting
career he spent significant time providing management consulting
and business intelligence services to Fortune 100 companies
around the world. He has been repeatedly successful in leading
both functional and technical teams through all stages of
the systems development lifecycle for medium and large scale
initiatives. One of the keys to his success is his unique
ability to communicate and interface between all levels
and departments within an organization. Multiple global
initiatives have enhanced his ability to manage diverse
teams and understand/overcome challenges associated with
cultural differences and language barriers. |

Karthikeyan

& Executive Director - India Operations |

Karthikeyan,
more familiar to everyone as GK, heads the India operations
of Drivestream since its inception. With over 30 years of
experience in management and marketing, his primary responsibility
is to formulate strategies and manage Drivestream's India
operations successfully. In this role, GK provides the executive
leadership to the entire team in India and is responsible
for the operations and successful functioning of the Delivery
Organization, HR, Finance and Business Development initiatives
within India. As Executive Director, GK guides and oversees
the team of consultants and managers to ensure compliance
and conformity of all regulatory aspects of the company
besides overseeing the day-to-day operations. He takes special
care and pride in mentoring the next level of managers and
other key talents of the organization.
GK is renowned for his reputation of being a strong team
player and a meticulous strategy implementer. He has attained
several credits and achieved recognition throughout his
career. Prior to joining Drivestream India, he was General
Manager-Sales with a well accomplished professional track
of successfully leading large teams of sales executives,
managers and vendors. His flair in Human Resources management
and his adroit analytical abilities provide an added advantage
in the areas of Operations in India.
GK serves as the domain expert for Pulze
- Drivestream’s Sales Force Automation product for
the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from University
of Madras, India.

Jay
Chatterjee

As
a Senior Vice President and Partner at Drivestream, Jay's
primary responsibilities include managing Drivestream's
ERP Practice. Jay is responsible for planning and executing
on ways to improve on existing internal processes and continue
to create efficiencies in addition to business development
and client relationships. Jay plays the role of a Delivery
Executive at strategic clients in addition to managing the
relationship.
With more than 18 years experience, Jay has a long track
record of successfully managing global cross-functional
teams and delivering large-scale, multi-million dollar projects
for Global 100 companies. Prior to joining Drivestream Jay
worked in the large market Financial Services Sector of
Global Business Services (GBS) Group of IBM Global Services
(IGS). During his 7 year tenure with IBM he was a member
of the leadership team within his practice area, and belonged
to the North America IBM GBS Subject Matter Expert (SME)
group for ERP Solutions. Prior to joining IBM, Jay managed
a global ERP implementation at PMI Mortgage Insurance, Inc.
Jay also spent 4 years with PeopleSoft in Pleasanton, CA
and worked in the IT department implementing the first generation
PeopleSoft 8.0 products internally for PeopleSoft.
