  • Collaboratively create the outline for the contents of the portal landing page and subsequent pages, and come up with visually appealing branding themes.
Education and Gathering Requirements: 
  • Provide education on portal features and capabilities and facilitate the process for gathering requirements and content selection
Engaging the Business: 
  • Conduct survey and/or interview with members of the employee pool to determine what employees want to see on Enterprise Portal, and to get general feedback on the look and feel of our design.
Create Blueprint Final Design and Scope Outline
  • Compile feedback and requirements gathered through meetings with functional owners.
  • Update Portal Mockup/Wireframe.
  • Build out Functional Requirements document and define Fit/Gaps & Customizations.
  • Submit Final Requirements document for Development and Deployment.
Build, Test and Deploy
  • Build Portal Framework based on Wireframe/Mockup Blueprint
