We believe that 'Triage' and 'Analysis' is paramount and the first step toward any problem resolution. By conducting proper analyses up-front , the subsequent steps needed for its resolution will be much faster and will avoid unnecessary steps. For conducting a thorough analysis, a highly skilled SME type person is needed. This is why we put the leads (Technical, Functional and PS Admin) in the front end. Once the problem is analyzed and resolution steps are charted out, the execution is handed over to the Dedicated Support team who will perform the execution. The tools and utilities from the 'Stream Delivery Framework' enable the seamless automation of all the process execution and handover from and to the different parts of the process.
