Drivestream is assisting a leading provider of IT services with their PeopleSoft ESA implementation. Our ESA subject matter expertise is helping them design and develop their next generation revenue and resource management application. As part of this implementation, throughout November and December, Drivestream is leading road shows around the country to explain the client's 35,000 employees how the new system will impact them and the organization.

The PeopleSoft ESA implementation will enable the client to streamline contract, billing, collection and resource management functions inside their organization through an automated system built on the service industry's best practices. Additionally, it will reduce Resource Requirement Turnaround Time, increase Resource Utilization, decrease Days Sales Outstanding, reduce time taken for Monthly Financial Close, faster Customer and Project Profitability availability, and standardize and automate T&E settlement process globally.

This project is an excellent example for how Drivestream plays an integral role thought out the project and takes the partnership role to the next level.
