Business Finance Manager


  • The role will be responsible for end to end management of the account/ portfolio of account from a finance perspective.
  • Quarterly and monthly Revenue estimation for the portfolio. Estimation of Operating margin, Order booking values and collections for the portfolio.
  • Monthly revenue closure activities including discussion and closure of audit point with statutory auditors.
  • Closely working with sales and delivery teams on pricing for opportunities and review and sign off of financial clauses in contractual agreements with customer.
  • Closely working with delivery team to optimize costs and improve operating margin of the account.
  • Closely monitoring of billing and collection of debtors, to ensure targets are met.
  • Analysis of Oder book, Pipeline, Sales Performance analysis and reporting.
  • Researching market conditions and developments
  • Conducting investigations into the financial and commercial state of companies, giving consideration to particular transactions
  • Carrying out financial modelling, then developing and presenting appropriate financial solutions
  • Providing advice on capital structure
  • Project managing transactions, negotiating terms and developing proposals to raise funds
  • Constructing new issue and takeover timetables
  • Publishing financial announcements
  • Restructuring debt
  • Ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered
  • Undertaking due diligence of firms
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
 

Oracle Cloud ERP COE

  • Minimum of 4-5 Years of hands-on Functional experience in Oracle EBS - Financial Applications
  • Looking for someone with hands on Functional expertise (not a Project Manager)
  • Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle EBS Financials R12/ ERP Financials Cloud in a functional role
  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience with depth in configuring Oracle Financial Modules
  • Should have worked in any 2-3 HCM modules such as General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), eBTax, Project Accounting (PA), P2P, Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), iProcurement etc
  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents
  • Willingness to learn ERP Financials Cloud and start working on Fusion Cloud Projects
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team
  • Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle ERP Fusion Cloud projects

  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to learn Fusion and start working on Fusion Implementation Projects
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team
  • Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle Fusion HCM projects
