Business Finance Manager, Finance & Accounting


  • Manage and report the Operational and Capital Budgets to ensure effective use of resources and in accordance with approved plan.
  • Support and preparation of monthly Forecast and making sure uploading correct numbers in Essbase reporting tools.
  • Reporting monthly working capital performance to management to ensuring tight financial controls are maintained in relation to key metrics including DSO’s, DPO’s; DIO’s and CIP (Work In Progress).
  • Preparation of monthly operations review deck for management to review results including explanations re: variances to forecasts & plans and any corrective actions required.
  • Engage in continuous review of financials and Job costing and be update on costs booked vs forecast.
  • Should review and ensure that project related costs are booked accurately to projects and variances clearly understood and explained.
  • Drive back office and business process simplification initiatives including consolidations and engineering optimal operating structures.
  • Provide support to any ad-hoc requirements as and when needed on the respective businesses.
  • Ensure the business is compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley, FCPA; Tyco 3rd Party Programme; company policies and the overall control environment at a satisfactory level.
  • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors on all matters including addressing any audit recommendations to be implemented within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Should have hands on experience on Essbase, ERP and reporting tools like Excel, Word, Power Point etc.

  • Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle EBS Financials R12/ ERP Financials Cloud in a functional role
  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience with depth in configuring Oracle Financial Modules
  • Should have worked in any 2-3 HCM modules such as General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), eBTax, Project Accounting (PA), P2P, Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), iProcurement etc
  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents
  • Willingness to learn ERP Financials Cloud and start working on Fusion Cloud Projects
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team
  • Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle ERP Fusion Cloud projects

  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to learn Fusion and start working on Fusion Implementation Projects
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team
  • Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle Fusion HCM projects
