Junior Consultant - Fusion Practice


The roles and responsibilities of this position is to provide professional and effective functional consulting services on large scale advisory and implementations for our clients.

  • Candidates with undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Information Technology or Human Resources with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Candidate must hold Minimum 60% of marks throughout the academics.

Oracle Cloud ERP COE

  • Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
  • Minimum of 4-5 Years of hands-on Functional experience in Oracle EBS - Financial Applications
  • Looking for someone with hands on Functional expertise (not a Project Manager)
  • Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle EBS Financials R12/ ERP Financials Cloud in a functional role
  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience with depth in configuring Oracle Financial Modules
  • Should have worked in any 2-3 HCM modules such as General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), eBTax, Project Accounting (PA), P2P, Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), iProcurement etc
  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents
  • Willingness to learn ERP Financials Cloud and start working on Fusion Cloud Projects
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team
  • Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle ERP Fusion Cloud projects
 

Oracle Cloud HCM COE

  • Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle EBS HCM R12/Fusion HCM in a functional role
  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience with depth in configuring Oracle HRMS Modules
  • Should have worked in any 2-3 HCM modules such as CORE HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Compensation etc.
  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to learn Fusion and start working on Fusion Implementation Projects
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team
  • Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle Fusion HCM projects
