PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM Technical

  • Looking for PeopleSoft Apps Technical consultant with proficiency in at least few of the PeopleSoft technical tools including, but not limited to: Application Designer, Change Assistant, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Component Interface, App Engine, Application Packages, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Tree Manager, Process Scheduler, Application Workflow Engine (AWE) and Security Administrator.
  • Along with at least 1 full life cycle implementation experience in HCM Application or related modules.

PeopleSoft Financials Technical

  • Looking for PeopleSoft Apps Technical consultant with proficiency in at least few of the PeopleSoft technical tools including, but not limited to: Application Designer, Change Assistant, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Component Interface, App Engine, Application Packages, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Tree Manager, Process Scheduler, Application Workflow Engine (AWE) and Security Administrator.
  • Along with at least 1 full life cycle implementation experience in Financials Application or related modules.
PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM Functional
  • Minimum of 4-5 Years of hands-on Functional experience in PSFT - HCM Applications.
  • Looking for someone with hands on Functional expertise (not a Project Manager).
  • Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0/9.1 in a functional role.
  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience with depth in configuring PeopleSoft Modules.
  • Should have worked in any 2-3 HCM modules such as CORE HR, Payroll, ESS, MSS, Time and Labor, Recruiting, ePerformance, etc.
  • Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents.
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Experience using PeopleSoft methodologies and tools.
  • Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in the team.
  • Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
  • Excellent communication, Client handling, presentation, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
PeopleSoft FSCM/Financials Functional
