Oracle Cloud ERP - Business Process COE
Education : Bachelor’s/master’s degree
Work Location : USA (Remote/Hybrid)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To provide Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP & SCM functional consulting services by playing the role of an SME, offer technical advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes with regards to client’s business.
- Understand clients existing process, identify functional gaps, advise on options, risks and impact.
- Functional/Business Requirements gathering, map them to Oracle Financials/SCM Cloud specific modules.
- Prepare Functional/Business requirements, Design, Functional strategy, Execution and Test plans.
- Validate configuration, data, testing scenarios, contribute to test scripts and execution of scripts.
- Manages scope and client expectations on projects effectively, multiple deadlines, crisis etc.,
- Interact with project team members and stake holders at all stages of the projects.
- Provide timely, clear, concise status updates, reports, timely risk mitigation.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle Fusion Financials/SCM projects.

PMO COE - Oracle Cloud Project Manager
Education : Bachelor’s/master’s degree
Work Location : Chennai, India (Chennai/Remote/Hybrid)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide day to day leadership, co-ordination, effective and pro-active Project management to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure all project activities support the strategic direction of the Project and will meet the business objective.
- Ensure proactive management of the project business case, risks, timelines, financials and quality.
- Ensure effective communication with and between all key project stakeholders (i.e. Project Director, Steering Committee, Technical Committee, and Project team).
- Identify/Mitigate risks & ensure the successful resolution of issues.
- Establish, define and maintain a Project Plan.
- Manage project budget and ensure that the project is delivered within budget.
- Monitor and assess the continued validity of the Business Case; verify project goals have been met.
- Enforce change control; ensure changes and acceptance are agreed to and signed off by the Steering committee.
- Obtain formal project approvals and acceptance; manage project tollgate.
- Act as an escalation point/decision maker for project level decisions, resolve issues affecting Project scope, quality, schedule, budget and resources.
- Ensure resources are effectively allocated and utilized across the project.
- Ensure effective implementation of change management.
- Proactively manage implementation partners and uphold their commitment through management of their Scope of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreement (MSA), Change orders, Addendums.
- Summarize lessons learned and implement improvements and share with PMO.
- Contribute to the development of project standards and ensure that project team members adhere to standards.
Required Skills (Must Have) :
Minimum of 10 Years of Project management experience in the Oracle space (Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS).
- Specific implementation experience in Oracle Cloud & PeopleSoft implementations on any of the applications mentioned below.
- Human Capital Management (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Management)
- Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Supply Chain Management (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash)
- Should have managed at least 3 full cycle implementations in the Oracle space.
- Understanding of the end to end business process in the HCM, ERP space.
- Business Acumen – Uses understanding of how the business works to make decisions. Draws accurate conclusions from technical, financial, and other quantitative information.
- Communication – Conveys messages effectively using all methods.
- Driving change – Anticipates the need for change in the business and acts as champion to drive it throughout the organization.
- Intellectual Agility – demonstrate the ability to quickly plan, do, measure and adjust without being encumbered by non-valued detail.
- Unbiased viewpoint – demonstrates a neutral but honest perspective on health of project.
Preferred Skills (Nice to have) :
- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience/understanding of Oracle cloud.
- Experience in managing clients based out of North America.
